Hyundai Tucson Plug-In Hybrid
There are only two trims are offered on the 2024 all-wheel drive Tucson Plug-In Hybrid: the SEL, and Limited. It's powered by a 1.6L turbocharged four cylinder that makes 180 horsepower and 195 pound-feet of torque that's mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. When combined with the electric motor the combined horsepower jumps to 261, while the Tucson Plug-In Hybrid can travel for 33 miles in the all-electric mode.
The SEL trim comes equipped with 19-inch alloy wheels, heated mirrors, LED headlamps and daytime running lights, heated from seats, intelligent cruise control system, a 10.25-inch touchscreen, a 6-speaker sound system, an HD satellite radio, 4 USB ports, Bluetooth and 2 12V power outlets.
Limited adds a power moonroof, a hands-free power liftgate, front and rear parking sensors, a traffic sign recognition system, rain sensing wipers, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, cooled front seats, 8-way power front seats, leather upholstery, driver seat memory, a heated steering wheel, heated rear seats, a navigation system, a garage door transmitter, a remote parking system, an upgraded 8 speaker sound system, and wireless device charging.
Standard safety equipment across all trims includes an active lane departure warning system, forward and rear collision mitigation, an active blind spot warning system, a driver attention alert, pedestrian detection and 6 airbags.
